Google Play Refund Policies

Refund policies vary based on the type of purchase. Click the relevant links for more details.

Automatic Refunds: If you uninstall a paid app shortly after purchasing it, you might get an automatic refund. Reinstalling the app will require a new purchase, which may not be eligible for a refund.

Within 48 Hours: You may be eligible for a refund depending on the purchase details. Follow these instructions.
After 48 Hours: Developers have their own policies and legal requirements. To check if you can get a refund, contact the developer directly.

Important:

You can only return an app or game for a refund once. If you repurchase it, a refund is not available. Issued refunds result in losing access to the item.
If you buy multiple items in one purchase, you must refund the entire purchase; individual items cannot be refunded.

Request a Refund for Apple Purchases

Some purchases from the App Store, iTunes Store, Apple Books, or other Apple services might be eligible for a refund. You can request a refund using any web browser.

How to Request a Refund:

Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Click “I’d like to,” then select “Request a refund.”
Choose the reason for the refund, then click Next.
Select the app, subscription, or other item, then click Submit. You can also cancel unwanted subscriptions.

Processing Time:

Wait 24 to 48 hours for an update on your request.
If approved, it might take additional time for the funds to return to your payment method.

Manual Payments

Refunds for manual payments are processed directly by us and not by the merchants. Refund availability:

Weekly Membership: Within 2 days
Monthly, 3-Month, and Yearly Membership: Within 7 days

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds for Zojayn app subscriptions will not be issued under these conditions:

Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind after purchase.
Improper Use: Refunds are not given if the app or its features are used improperly.
Violation of Terms: Refunds are not issued if there is a violation of our terms and conditions.
Third-Party Payments: Refunds for purchases through Google Play or Apple App Store follow their respective refund policies.
Non-Refundable Payment Methods: Subscriptions paid via cash in hand or bank transfer are non-refundable.
Expired Subscription Period: Refunds are not available if requested after the subscription period has expired.
Special Offers: Subscriptions bought during promotions or with discounts are non-refundable.
Partial Use: Refunds are not issued if the subscription has been partially used or any benefits have been utilized.

Non-Transferable Fees

Fees paid for our services are non-transferable. Payments made for a specific account or user cannot be transferred to another account or user, nor can they be used for other services or features on our platform.
